Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Eligibility and entry: Open to legal Colorado residents age 18 or older. Hoery Insurance Agency owners, employees, and their immediate family and household members are ineligible. You do not need to be a customer. Entries open when this form goes live and close November 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Submit one entry per person using this form. Duplicate entries do not increase your chances. No purchase, quote, marketing signup, social share or referral is required or improves your odds. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize: One winner receives two lower-level tickets to the November 16, 2026 Denver Nuggets vs. Phoenix Suns game at Ball Arena—Section 130, Row 17, Seats 1–2—plus one Camry 1 parking pass. Parking-pass transfer availability and delivery arrangements require separate confirmation. Other expenses are not included. Event changes, ticket use and attendance are subject to applicable ticket and venue terms.
Winner selection: One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries on November 6, 2026 and contacted that day using the email address and/or phone number provided. The selected entrant must respond and confirm acceptance by November 9, 2026, at 5 p.m. Mountain Time. If they do not respond, decline or are ineligible, we will redraw from the remaining eligible entries. A replacement winner must respond within 48 hours after notification.
Delivery and gifting: Tickets will be transferred electronically from Scott Hoery’s Ticketmaster account. The recipient needs a free Ticketmaster account and must provide its associated email address and accept the transfer. If unable to attend, the winner may give the tickets to someone else at no charge, subject to transfer availability and applicable ticket terms. Selling, auctioning, bartering or exchanging any part of the prize for anything of value is prohibited.
Your information: Hoery uses entry information to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant and arrange prize delivery. Entry does not enroll you in a marketing campaign. If you separately request insurance help, we will use your email address to respond to that request.
